[IPAC-List] Seeking information about the Suffolk County Police Exam of the 1990's

Back in the 1990's, a team of eminent I/O psychologists developed an 
entry-level police officer exam for Suffolk County, NY. The exam became 
controversial, in part due to the choice and weighting of the components.

I recall attending a SIOP presentation about the exam development 
process, but I cannot find any documentation for this presentation.

I am seeking any published (or unpublished) material describing this 
project.
