[IPAC-List] Turnover Rates

[Dennis Doverspike]

Looking for Wisdom of the group, does anyone know why the BLS turnover
rates tend to run almost double the SHRM and other turnover rates? For
example, BLS reports a 43% annual turnover while SHRM an 18%.
